Cocktail recipe for the perfect Caipirinha
Ingredients:
60 ml Cachaça (Brazilian sugar cane liquor)
1 lime
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Wash the lime and cut into small pieces.
Place the lime pieces and brown sugar in a glass and mash lightly with a pestle to release the juice from the lime and dissolve the sugar.
Add the cachaça and stir well.
Fill with ice cubes and continue stirring briefly.
Complete! It's that easy to have the perfect Caipirinha.
