decanting
For certain red wines, decanting can be beneficial to separate them from any sediment and to oxygenate them. Decanting allows the wine to open up and develop its full aroma. However, keep in mind that not all wines need to be decanted, so be sure to find out the recommended procedure for each wine beforehand.
Proper storage
Store your wine in optimal conditions to preserve its quality. Keep it protected from light, heat and extreme temperature fluctuations. A stable storage temperature and adequate humidity are important to protect the wine from oxidation and changes.
