Kahla Porcelain Manufactory
The Porzellanmanufaktur Kahla/Thüringen GmbH produces fine hard porcelain, made in Kahla, Thuringia, Germany.
Here it is cast, turned and isostatically pressed. It passes through many skilled hands, but also through machines with the latest robot technology.
After shaping, glazing and two firings (at 900 °C and 1400 °C), the brilliant white porcelain is ready. It can now be given color using screen printing, painting or airbrushing, which is then fired in another firing. Not to forget the coating with the velvety soft touch! surface - a tactile sensation in combination with cool porcelain!
