Bami Goreng - the classic of Indonesian cuisine

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

500 g egg noodles, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 2 spring onions, 2 red onions, 1/2 broccoli, 4 tbsp sesame oil, 2 pak choi, 4 eggs, 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1 lime (juice), 2 tbsp black sesame

WIBERG product: 1-2 tbsp Curry Maharaja

PREPARATION

Cook egg noodles. Cut the red and yellow peppers and the spring onions into rings. Peel onions and cut into strips. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan and sauté peppers, broccoli and onions. Allow Pak Choi to sweat as well. Fry eggs as fried eggs and mix in. Finally, refine with spring onions, sweet soy sauce, lime juice, black sesame and Curry Maharajah and mix in the egg noodles.

Tip: Any leftovers taste great the following day as a fresh Asian noodle salad with a strong shot of lime juice.
