Fried rice with shrimp and sprouts - healthy, exotic and prepared in no time!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

4 tbsp sesame oil, 700 g cooked rice, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 spring onions, 1/2 broccoli, 100 g peas (fresh or frozen), 200 g peeled and pre-cooked shrimp, 1 pack of bean sprouts, 4 sprigs of Thai basil, 1 Lime (juice)

WIBERG product: 1 tbsp Seven Spices

PREPARATION

Heat sesame oil in a pan and lightly fry the cooked rice. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Cut spring onions into rings. Cut broccoli into small florets and cook in hot salted water for 3 minutes. Add garlic, spring onions, broccoli, peas and shrimp to the rice and fry. Finally, season with Seven Spices, Thai basil and the juice of a lime and mix in the sprouts.

Tip: For an even more beautiful color, mix an egg white into the cooked rice and then fry it. Instead of shrimp, chicken, beef or pork can also be used.
