Mexican Wrap - Perfect for finger food parties

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

2 avocados, 1 lime (juice), 1 tomato, ½ red onion, 2 chicken breasts, 4 flour tortillas, 1 small can of corn, 1 small can of kidney beans, ½ red onion

WIBERG product: 1 tbsp Fiesta

PREPARATION

Halve the avocados, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and then mash with a fork. Add lime juice. Wash the tomato and peel the onion. Cut both into small cubes and add to the avocado. Cut the chicken breast into slices, fry until juicy and season generously with Fiesta. Heat tortillas and spread with guacamole. Top with the remaining ingredients and season with Fiesta. Roll up and enjoy.
