Production begins with the selection of the best tin. The high quality of the tin is the basis for such a demanding production. The tin is heated to over 250°C in a specially designed oven. This process requires precision and care to ensure that the tin is of the optimum quality.

The hot, liquid tin is poured into the molds. This step requires a lot of skill and experience to ensure that the metal is evenly distributed, no air bubbles are trapped and all the fine details are revealed. This means that each piece bears the unmistakable signature of Cosi Tabellini.

To make each product a true work of art, decorations and engravings are added by hand. With a lot of patience and a good eye for detail, this work underlines the beauty and charm of each piece.
